Chances are the pictures you are seeing on the internet, even those from rental websites, are not the units for lease. We rent the un-renovated units. The un-renovated unit is outfitted with white on white appliance, carpeting, faux wood linoleum, recessed and track lighting, and laminate countertops. Each unit receives one assigned covered parking space. Rent also includes water, trash, and sewer. Residents are responsible for their electric and any cable/internet/phone service. The HOA does not allow satellite dishes to be mounted to the buildings or roof, but we are TWC & ATT-Uverse equipped. Because we are a partially owned community we are flexible with energy providers. The property uses TXU, but several residents have decided to compare rates with Reliant, Ambit, Stream or one of the many electrcity providers available. A 2 bedroom 2 Bath flat like 3A or 3D on this list will typically have an energy bill under $150 with moderate usage.

Our application fee is $35.00. We are currently waiving our administrative fee. With approved credit, the initial security deposit will be a non-refundable purchase of a $500 security bond at a cost to you of $87.50. We are pet friendly and a refundable deposit of $250.00per pet is required. We are located in Dallas ISD, therefore our schools are Hernandez Elementary School, Rusk Middle School and North Dallas High School. Please verify schools prior to leasing our purchasing in our community as they are subject to change. Our amenities include a gated dog park, club house, swimming pool, creek, courtesy patrol, and many fun resident events and contests.
